While there are many apps that you pay to use, did you know that there are a few apps that will pay you for using them! Below is a list of 7 apps that will make you money, instead of take your money.
Foap
Sell your photos online using Foap. Upload them to the app, and then sell them to the Foap community. For every photo you sell, you will make $5. However, users have reported many bugs with the app, including crashing when you try to upload photos.
Fieldagent
Companies need you to become a field agent, and complete missions in your town. You will receive a task, such as “take a picture of the whole foods display shelf at Target,” and then get paid! Upon completion of the tasks, you can get between $2 and $12.
Ibotta
Ibotta has become very popular recently, and for a good reason. Users can earn money just for doing their normal shopping. Sign up for a free account on Ibotta, and then look at the rebates. You can get 50 cents for taking a picture of your receipt for milk, money for your Best Buy receipt, and more. Just make sure that you don’t go out and buy things you wouldn’t otherwise, or you won’t actually be making money. The downside of Ibotta is that there are only certain stores that you can get rebates from.
ReceiptHog
Just like Ibotta, RecieptHog will give you rewards for taking pictures of your receipts. You are not limited to specific stores like you are in Ibotta. However, it takes longer to earn money by using ReceiptHog than it does Ibotta.
Pact
Pact is a community of people who are trying to live healthy. You can set a exercise pact or eating pact. If you meet your goal for the week, you will receive between $0.25 and $0.60 for every week you keep your goals. However, if you don’t exercise like you are supposed to, you pay up to $50. The app uses your GPS and movement to track your exercises.
Slidejoy
If you have an Android phone, you can get money every month for downloading this app. Slidejoy puts ads on your smartphone lock screen. Depending on how often you unlock your phone, you’ll get more money. A similar app, ScreenPay does the same thing, only it gives you a flat stipend of $3/month.
Iconzoomer
This app gives you assignments, such as take a pictures of your lunch, your shoes, etc. You will earn money for each snap you take, or have the opportunity to donate to Unicef.
